Data deletion instructions
Top Travel Games does not currently require an account. You can remove local game data yourself or ask us to delete data available through our service-provider accounts.
Delete data stored on your Android device
- Open Android Settings, then open Apps.
- Select Top Travel Games, then Storage & cache.
- Select Clear storage. You may also uninstall the app to remove its local data.
If a “Reset progress” control is available in your installed version, you can use it to remove supported local game progress without uninstalling the app.
Request deletion from SH AND SH
- Email hello@sh-n-sh.com with the subject Top Travel Games Data Deletion.
- Tell us which device and app version you used and provide any analytics, purchase, or Meta user identifier visible to you. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
- We may ask for limited information needed to verify the request and find the relevant record. We will confirm the result or explain if we cannot identify any data linked to you.
We aim to respond within 30 days. Verified data under our control will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or another legal obligation.
Third-party data
If a released version uses GameAnalytics or Meta services, some data may be processed in their systems. We will use the tools available to us to act on a verified request. You may also consult:
What deletion does not do
Deleting app data does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. Purchase history and refunds are managed through the Google account and Google Play under Google’s applicable policies.
