Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Top Travel Games mobile application.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Top Travel Games, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you are not old enough to enter into these terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. License to use the app

SH AND SH grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Top Travel Games on devices you own or control, solely for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass security or purchase controls in, or use the app to violate law or the rights of others, except where applicable law expressly allows an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.

3. Game access and updates

The app may include free game content and optional paid access to additional games or features. We may update, balance, add, remove, or discontinue content to maintain, secure, or improve the app. Updates may be required for continued use.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating-system version, or location.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment terms. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and refund eligibility may vary by country and are handled under the applicable Google Play rules and mandatory consumer law.

Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, a purchase grants a personal right to use the identified digital content through the Google account used for the purchase. It does not transfer ownership of the app, game assets, or intellectual property.

5. Third-party services

The app may rely on Google Play, analytics, diagnostics, or Meta SDK services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Top Travel Games, its software, graphics, audio, design, text, names, and other content are owned by or licensed to SH AND SH and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated in these terms.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily send ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the app without payment or confidentiality obligations, while you retain ownership of any rights you already have in your feedback.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or our rights; respond to unlawful or abusive use; or comply with law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms, will survive.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SH AND SH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or business arising from use of the app. Our aggregate liability relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app during the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SH AND SH, without depriving you of mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, our business, or the law. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance.
